WHERE IT WORKS

One compact lift. Many installation problems solved.

The ELGA Series is designed for jobs where materials must be raised accurately in spaces that are too tight, too clean, or too mobile for conventional lifting equipment.

Material installation often becomes difficult long before the load itself becomes exceptionally heavy. A rooftop HVAC unit may need to be positioned through a doorway, a duct section may need to be held at ceiling height, or an electrical component may need to be raised while technicians align brackets and fasteners. In these situations, the problem is not simply capacity. The real challenge is combining height, control, portability, and stability. The SINOLIFT ELGA-DC Series addresses that operating gap with a lightweight aluminum mast, a 24V DC electric winch, manual maneuverability, and deployable outriggers. The result is a practical material lift that can travel between work areas and then provide controlled vertical positioning at the point of use.

HVAC installation

Raise air-conditioning units, duct sections, ventilation components, and related equipment into installation position while reducing the need for repeated manual lifting by technicians.

Interior construction

Move through standard building access routes and support ceiling, electrical, and construction-material installation where large forklifts or cranes are impractical.

Glass & curtain wall work

Use the spacious platform and controlled vertical lift to position panels and components for installation while the crew focuses on alignment and securing the load.

Warehouse operations

Handle maintenance materials, machine parts, equipment, and packaged goods at elevated storage or service locations without dedicating a powered industrial truck to the task.

Manufacturing workshops

Lift components, assemblies, tooling, and maintenance parts during equipment installation or production-line service work in indoor industrial environments.

Multi-site service teams

The foldable telescopic mast and compact chassis make the ELGA easier to transport between projects, especially for contractors who work from vans or small trucks.

PERFORMANCE

What operators notice in real work.

The ELGA is not simply an aluminum frame with a winch. Its design is focused on reducing handling effort while preserving the control needed for installation work.

Electric lifting

24V DC winch

The powered winch handles vertical lifting so the operator does not have to repeatedly crank or manually raise the load. This is particularly valuable in repetitive installation work, where operator fatigue can increase over a full shift. Electric lifting also gives the user a more consistent lifting process when bringing equipment toward a final mounting position.

Height flexibility

3.5 m to 7.0 m

Four models cover different working heights: ELGA10-DC at 3.5 m, ELGA15-DC at 5.0 m, ELGA20-DC at 6.0 m, and ELGA25-DC at 7.0 m. This lets buyers choose a machine around the actual installation height instead of carrying unnecessary mast height, weight, and cost into every job.

Load matching

200–350 kg capacity

Rated capacity is matched to mast height, ranging from 350 kg on the 3.5 m model to 200 kg on the 7.0 m version. This makes the model selection transparent: users can balance required elevation with the weight of HVAC equipment, construction components, machinery parts, or warehouse materials.

Portable structure

2035 mm folded height

Every model shares a 2035 mm folded height. The telescopic aluminum mast collapses into a transport-friendly form so the lift can be stored more easily and moved between job sites. For service contractors, the ability to transport the machine without arranging special lifting equipment can be as important as the lifting height itself.

Stable setup

4 adjustable outriggers

Heavy-duty outriggers expand the machine's support footprint before lifting begins. This creates a stable working base when the mast is extended and the platform is carrying a load. Locking swivel casters help secure the machine after positioning, while the outriggers provide the broader stability needed for elevated handling.

Controlled cycle speed

49 mm/s lift · 59 mm/s lower

The specified lifting and lowering speeds support a steady, predictable working rhythm. A no-load lifting speed of 58 mm/s helps operators reset the machine quickly between tasks, while the powered system reduces the physical effort associated with repeated lift cycles.

Compact load platform

700 × 500 mm

The platform is sized to support a useful range of installation materials while keeping the machine compact. It can accommodate HVAC components, ducting, pipes, electrical equipment, machinery parts, construction materials, and warehouse goods depending on load shape and the rated capacity of the selected model.

HOW IT COMPARES

More control than manual lifting. Less complexity than a forklift.

The ELGA Series sits between simple manual material lifts and larger powered handling equipment, giving contractors and facilities a practical option for elevated material positioning.

Factor ELGA-DC Semi-Electric Lift Manual Material Lift Forklift / Powered Truck
Vertical lifting effort Electric 24V DC winch reduces manual effort Operator provides more physical input Powered lifting, but larger machine
Access in buildings Compact, foldable and suited to standard-door access Often compact May be restricted by width, weight or floor conditions
Transport between sites Foldable mast supports van or small-truck transport Generally portable Usually requires dedicated transport
Working height range 3.5 m to 7.0 m across four models Varies by model Depends on mast and truck configuration
Positioning Manual maneuvering with swivel casters Manual maneuvering Powered travel, requiring more operating space
Best fit HVAC, installation, maintenance and indoor material positioning Occasional lighter lifting Bulk pallet transport and larger industrial workflows

This comparison explains why semi-electric material lifts are useful on installation-focused projects. A forklift is excellent for moving pallets, but it can be unnecessarily large for lifting one component into a ceiling or mechanical-room position. A fully manual lift is simpler, but repeated lifting can place more demand on the operator. The ELGA keeps manual travel for simplicity while electrifying the most physically demanding part of the task: raising the load.

WHO IT'S FOR

Built for crews that install, maintain, and move equipment.

The ELGA Series is most valuable where a single team needs a transportable machine that can move through buildings and then raise materials accurately at the point of work.

HVAC contractors installing air-conditioning units, ductwork, ventilation equipment, and related mechanical components at elevation.

Construction and fit-out teams handling ceiling materials, glass, electrical equipment, and building components in confined indoor spaces.

Facility maintenance departments that need a reusable lifting solution for equipment replacement, repairs, and installation projects.

Manufacturing plants positioning machinery components, tooling, and service parts during installation and maintenance operations.

Warehouses and logistics centers requiring a compact lift for maintenance materials, equipment, and elevated handling tasks outside normal pallet workflows.

Mobile service companies that value a foldable, lightweight aluminum machine that can travel between customer sites without specialized transport.

For these users, the central value of the ELGA is not simply lifting higher. It is the ability to arrive at a job, roll the machine into position, deploy the outriggers, raise the load electrically, and then fold the unit for the next assignment. That combination can help simplify work planning when cranes, forklifts, or large access machines would add unnecessary logistics. The semi-electric configuration also keeps the system straightforward: travel remains manually controlled, while the vertical lifting process receives electric assistance where it matters most.
